Payment Information for the Initial Analysis
For the initial analysis of your device, we charge a flat fee of €20.
This analysis allows us to accurately identify the issue and provide you with a transparent cost estimate for the repair.
👍 If you accept the cost estimate,
the €20 fee will be fully credited towards the repair cost – meaning there are no additional charges for the analysis.
👎 If you decline the cost estimate,
the €20 fee remains as compensation for the time and effort spent on the analysis.
