Place your device in a small box or padded shipping bag and protect it carefully with bubble wrap.

4. Send the package

Drop off your package at a post office or conveniently use an online shipping label. Further information can be found below.
Note: You can also use an online shipping label from Österreichische Post to prepare your shipment easily and conveniently.
Shipping costs are to be covered by the sender.

    For the initial analysis of your device, we charge a flat fee of €20.
    This analysis allows us to accurately identify the issue and provide you with a transparent cost estimate for the repair.

    the €20 fee will be fully credited towards the repair cost – meaning there are no additional charges for the analysis.

    👎 If you decline the cost estimate,
    the €20 fee remains as compensation for the time and effort spent on the analysis.
